QSP OPTICAL TECHNOLOGY, INC.
provides the Astronomical Telescope community with 4 optical coatings for your Primary and Secondary mirrors. The following are a brief description of each coating with graphs of their spectral output for each coating and combination of coatings, for example a primary coated with ENHANCED ALUMINUM and a secondary coated with ENDUROBRIGHT.

PROTECTED ALUMINUM:
Aluminum coating with a silicon monoxide overcoat. An inexpensive coating with a reflection of 89%.

SEMI-ENHANCED:
Semi-Enhanced Aluminum coating with a silicon monoxide overcoat. A medium priced coating with a reflection of 93%.

ENHANCED
Enhanced Aluminum coating with a dielectric overcoat. A medium to high priced coating with a reflection of 96%.

ENDUROBRIGHT
A full Dielectric coating made to last for the lifetime of your telescope. QSP's most expensive coating with an average reflection of 98% through the spectral band of interest.

All QSP coatings can be readily cleaned with acetone and oil free Kleenex brand tissue. A detailed procedure will accompany each mirror. Please feel free to call and ask any questions you may have.
